Mike received a Sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion, a surgical procedure designed to alleviate pain and instability in the sacroiliac joint, which connects the spine to the pelvis. This joint can be a source of chronic pain due to various conditions, including degeneration, inflammation, or trauma.

During the SI joint fusion, Dr. Nasseri stabilized the joint by fusing the sacrum (lower spine) and ilium (pelvic bone) together to reduce the pain. Mike experienced lots of nerve pain that was limiting him not only in his job but also in his daily life, affecting him both physically and psychologically. After the procedure, he was able to return to his previous lifestyle, doing the activities he enjoys.
